Customer Network Manager Hematology/ Nephrology

This is what you will do:
As a Customer Network Manager, you will work as a field-based marketing team member in the field of hematology and nephrology. You are responsible for the management of selected KOLs from a commercial perspective. Your tasks also include identifying or connecting various stakeholders/stakeholder networks and developing joint projects with them in co-creation. The development and implementation of commercial speaker programs (CSE), the generation of commercially relevant insights and account management are also part of your tasks.
You will be responsible for:
• Assist in identifying selected Key Opinion Leaders, other key customers and stakeholders, including trade groups and professional associations
• Development and implementation of a local thought leader plan and strategy (including best practice sharing) in support of overall brand and business goals
• Collecting knowledge, market insights, to support internal commercial strategic and tactical decisions
• Strategic account management/engagement
o Profiling of academic centers to understand needs, gaps and opportunities and to support the creation of a tailored strategic account plan
o Work with cross-functional teams (i.e. sales, marketing, public relations, go-to-market team, etc.) to develop different materials, tools or different approaches to target accounts to achieve commercial goals
o Development and implementation of new commercial speaker programs
o Cooperation in initiating and developing new concepts and materials for opinion leaders/speakers
o Developing and implementing RAM slide decks
o Develop and implement commercial projects as part of the x-functional RAM team
o Planning, organizing and conducting commercial advisory boards
You will need to have:
Minimum 5 years Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical experience preferably in the specialized or orphan area
Prior experience as either a RAM, a MSL or a KOL manager / Customer Network Manager / Though Leader Liasion or similar role
Proven track record of relationship development in the industry
Experience and KOL contacts within Hematology/Nephrology would be ideal
Self-starter. Works independently. Sees where they can add value and develops ideas.
Capacity to work effectively on multi–disciplinary teams and matrix organizations in order to achieve desired outcomes-exceptional team player
Ability to structure and prioritize workload, demonstrate project management skills and high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of result driven effectiveness as a cross-functional team player
Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office program suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
German (native preferred) and English (fluent)
Positive attitude during challenging situations
Administrative and organizational skills
