This is what you will do:
Als Teil des Medical Affairs Teams unterstützt Du uns im Umfang von 20 Stunden/Woche vor allem bei allen anfallenden administrativen und operativen Aufgaben und Projekten.
You will be responsible for:
- Unterstützung des Teams für die jährliche strategische und taktische Planung der Abteilung
- Unterstützung der Jahresplanung des medizinischen Außendienstes
- Betreuung von definierten Einzelprojekten des Medical Affairs Metabolic Teams
- Erstellen von Analysen, Auswertungen und Berichten
- Unterstützung des Teams im Rahmen des Key-Account- Managements
- Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Medical Advisor
- Allgemeine Unterstützung bei der Büroorganisation
You will need to have:
- Noch mindestens 1,5 Jahre ordentlich eingeschriebene/r Student/in
- Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative sowie Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
- Selbständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kreative Herangehensweise an neue Themen
- Offenheit und Aufgeschlossenheit
- Vertrauensvoller Umgang
We would prefer for you to have:
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen in ähnlichen Positionen oder durch Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeiten von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
